Chelsea State Bank donates to Dexter and Chelsea educational foundations

Following a successful Facebook campaign where people were asked to vote for either the Chelsea or Dexter educational foundation as their favorite during a friendly competition, John Mann, president and CEO of Chelsea State Bank presented checks to both foundations at halftime of the Chelsea-Dexter football game on Oct. 18.
