(Chelsea Update is running a series on businesses in Chelsea beginning with businesses that belong to the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce and this week the focus is on Riemco Building Company.)

The Riemco Building Company is a family-owned business with more than 25 years of experience. It is a design and build collaborative company, which refreshes spaces for clients by remodeling existing homes or by custom additions.

“We specialize in creative designs and smart solutions that are built for life,” said Bob Riemenschneider, president of Riemco Building Company. “We design and build to the needs of our customers specializing in the latest building science, which ultimately results in durable, comfortable and highly efficient spaces and structures.”

Riemco works with anyone interested in quality construction, from families to empty nesters or retirees who want to downsize.

Riemco Building Company is located at 107 W. Middle Street.

“Our office was remodeled from what used to house a hair salon into a charming, welcoming office to meet customers and work together to build their dream home,” said Riemenschneider. “We offer real time 3D viewing in the office on their designs, so customers have a true sense of what it will feel like walking into and visually seeing their new space.”

Riemenschneider says it’s important to Riemco to be a member of the Chelsea Chamber to show its support to the community where they live and work.

“We love this community, and the Riemenschneiders have been here for generations, so it is very much home,” he said.
