John and Marianne Knox were again gracious hosts for our annual Steak Fry at their home.  Guests brought some of their favorite dishes to share which made for quite a feast.  The event was capped by the induction of our newest member, Dan Marthey, a recent Peace Corps volunteer, now at the SRSLY Coalition.

On Monday, July 27, we welcome Cindy Triveline, as our guest speaker. She will talk about Run for the Rolls, which will precede the Chelsea Community Fair Parade on Aug. 29 and it will benefit St. Louis Center’s Fitness For Life Program. Run for the Rolls is in its 9th year.  For details, click here.

The meeting begins at 6:15 p.m. in the St. Joseph Mercy-Chelsea Hospital cafeteria, and the speakers begin at about 6:45 p.m.  Everyone is invited to the meetings to learn more about Kiwanis.
