The Detroit Free Press is reporting that the Michigan State Police will test new model police cars and motorcycles at the Chrysler Proving Grounds tomorrow, Sept. 15.
The story states that this is an annual test and the results assist police fleet vehicle purchases throughout the country. The test at the Proving Grounds is one of two that’s performed on the vehicles.
“This year, the 19 vehicles being evaluated, including seven motorcycles, are notable because the perennial favorite Ford Crown Victoria is no longer in production,” the story states.
