The Chelsea varsity lacrosse team lost 11-4 to Dexter on April 21.
“We came out flat and allowed Dexter a 7-1 lead at the end of the 1st quarter,” said varsity Coach Joe Koengeter.
“If you take away the first quarter we played well, it is a 4-3 game for 3 quarters,” he said, adding, “Dexter is a good team and we were hoping to put together a full game.”
