Full-Time Maintenance Position at Chelsea Transfer Station

Full-Time Maintenance Posting – Chelsea Transfer Station

$20.40 – $28.66 per hour depending on qualifications

The City of Chelsea is accepting applications for a full-time maintenance position at the Chelsea Transfer Station. An employee in this position will perform a variety of maintenance, construction, and repair tasks. This employee will assist in weekly trash collection. This employee should hold a valid Michigan Commercial Driver’s License (Group A).  If needed, the City will provide an opportunity for the employee to obtain their CDL license. A background check and complete physical exam—including drug and alcohol testing—is a required part of the hiring process.
