(Chelsea Update would like to thank Terris Ahrens for the information in this story.)
The Annual Hometown Holiday Light Parade requires a lot of people to make it the safe and fun community event that it is.
Volunteers will meet at the Chelsea Police Station at 4:30 pm, prior to the parade, where they will be given a vest and lights. You will then be positioned somewhere along the parade route to help keep the street clear for the floats to pass by.
If you would like to help out, please sign up to volunteer here.
