Photo by Randall Lee. Chelsea’s traditional Memorial Day Observance was once again highlighted by a parade that culminated at Oak Grove Cemetery where Herbert J. McKune Legion Post 31 commander Keith Burba made a presentation followed by a twenty-one gun salute, taps and the musical themes of the armed forces performed by the Chelsea High School Marching Band.
