There was popcorn and music, a silent auction, a pedal train, a bounce house, fishing, bowling, crafts, face painting, basketball and sucker trees at the Chelsea Community Preschool Winter Carnival at South Meadows Elementary School Saturday afternoon.
Funds raised will be used for classroom supplies, bringing in special visitors and other special events throughout the year.
A special thanks goes out to Amanda Worden, carnival chairperson, all the businesses and individuals who contributed to the silent auction, and all the volunteers who made the fun event a success, including the Chelsea High School National Honor Society students.
