The inaugural Revel Run 5K fundraiser for Chelsea High School Track and Field was held Saturday, May 10.
There were 130 people registered and 102 completed, while Jessica Rickli served as race director.
Smokey Michigan provided the food truck at the event, members of the Chelsea House Orchestra played music for participants, and there were several sponsors from the community.
All the athletes on the track and field teams either worked or ran in the event.
The event was a success, and we plan to hold the event again next year.
