7.a. Action Item: 59-22-23 – Approval of the minutes from the Regular and Closed session meetings on January 9, 2023 and the work session on January 14, 2023.

Action Item 60-22-23: Superintendent Kapolka recommends that the Board authorize the following persons to sign checks drawn against various funds as indicated in the attached chart and that the Board Treasurer, Business Services Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, and the Superintendent of Schools are authorized to endorse checks “For Deposit Only.”
7.c. Action Item 61-22-23: Superintendent Kapolka recommends that the Board designate Chelsea State Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Flagstar, Michigan School District Liquid Asset Fund, Bank of NY Mellon, US Bank and Huntington National Bank as investment depositories for the Chelsea School District for the 2022-2023 fiscal year and that the Chief Financial Officer signature be attached to the investment accounts.
