The first Saturday Chelsea Farmers Market in June is coming up and will offer a great variety of greens, asparagus, cucumbers, rhubarb, mushrooms and more.

It’s time to get your plants in the ground, and the market is the place to stock up. There will be a variety of tomato plants to choose from, along with other vegetables, herbs, perennial, and annual plants as well as hanging plants.

Locally raised eggs, meats, and cheeses will be for sale as well as fresh breads, cookies, and cakes.

Local artisans will be selling jewelry, soaps, cards, pottery, bird houses and more.

The market is located at Palmer Commons and runs from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.
