This just in from the Washtenaw County Road Commission.
Scio Church Road between Parker and Steinbach roads in Lima Township was expected to be closed at about 8 a.m. today, June 6, to replace a cross road culvert.
According to the press release from the Road Commission, it’s expected that the portion of the road will be closed for just one day, and traffic on Scio Church Road will be detoured along Parker, Liberty and Steinbach roads.
However, local traffic will be allowed to travel to and from properties in the closed section.
