May 15: What to Expect at the Wednesday Farmers Market

Every Wednesday, between the hours of 10 a.m.-3 p.m. from now through October, come visit the Chelsea Farmers Market located in the parking lot of Chelsea State Bank, 1010 S. Main St., at the corner of M52 and Old US-12.

It’s time to stock up on plants, and Wednesday vendors are selling annuals, perennials, herbs, and vegetable plants.

You’ll also find fresh produce, baked goods, honey, eggs, jam, peanut butter, and a variety of crafts. For more information, visit www.chelseafarmersmkt.org.

Becky’s Birds and Bees – honey/board wax

Brieland Shoultz – meat/eggs/produce/jam

Country Crafts – pot holders/aprons/bags

Handmade and Homegrown – crochet, produce, handtowels

Kapnick Orchards – fruit/produce/baked goods/fudge

Kermits Pad – plants/produce

La Baguette – French inspired bakery

Lavender and Grace Farm – all things lavender + perennials

Marks Farm – plants/produce/maple syrup/eggs

Maureen Lochey – hand thrown pottery
