After a well-attended debut, the Wednesday Chelsea Farmers Market is back this Wednesday, May 23, at the Chelsea State Bank parking lot at the intersection of M-52 and Old US-12.
K’s Acres returns this season with fresh fruit from its fruit and berry farm in Hillsdale. Thanks to their hoop houses, K’s is already selling tasty tomatoes and anticipates having strawberries by early June. K’s also sells maple syrup, hanging baskets, and herbs.
There are more vendors than in previous years, which means a bigger selection of everything from fresh vegetables and honey to cheese and meats to French baked goods.
In addition, vendors will be selling pottery, candles, and jewelry.
The hours for the Wednesday market are 2-6 p.m.
More information about the vendors and what they expect to have available at http://chelseafarmersmkt.org.
