The Chelsea Wellness Center is planning a free Senior Health and Fitness Day for members and non-members on May 29 from 9:30-1 p.m.
At 9:30 a.m., there will be Zumba and Tone and later in the morning a 1-Mile Walk on Community Wellness Path at 10:30 a.m.
At 11:30 a.m. there will be a Balance Presentation with Audrey Bergen, PT, in the conference room.
Light refreshments and free chair massages.
Bring a friend for a free workout and anyone who joins on this day will receive a waived enrollment — that’s at least $200 in savings.
There will be prizes, drawings, and giveaways and registration is limited to 50 participants.
