New Member Joins Chelsea Human Rights Commission

The Chelsea Human Rights Commission welcomed new commissioner Howard Brooks at its June 4, 2025 meeting.

HRC members thanked departing commissioner Joanne Ladio for her years of serving on the commission.

The HRC voted to send an updated Non-Discrimination Ordinance to Chelsea City Council for its next meeting. 

The HRC will have a table at Sounds and Sights on Thursday, June 19, to observe Juneteenth.

The next regularly scheduled HRC meeting will be on July 2 at 7 p.m.
