The Chelsea Board of Education will take its Oct. 28 meeting on the road to Chelsea High School for a 6:30 p.m. meeting
And, there’s a short agenda.
On the consent agenda are:
- The approval of the dissolution of the Chelsea Recreation Council as of Dec. 31.
- An exemption to the enrollment policy for two students.
On the discussion agenda are:
- A girls softball field trip to the Isle of Palms, NC for the team’s annual training from April 4-12.
- A field trip request for the World Language class to go to Chicago from March 21-22 for cultural immersion for both French and Spanish language students.
- A field trip request for the boys baseball team to travel to Venice, Fla. from April 4-12 for the team’s annual spring training.
- A Chelsea House Orchestra field trip request to go to Cambridge Springs, PA to perform in the Riverside Music Festival on April 26-27, and, a second request to go to Louisville, KY to perform and attend a clinic at the American String Teacher National Convention on March 5-6.
