In early February, the Beach Middle School Swim Team traveled to Lincoln to take on the Railsplitters. There were many terrific performances in both swimming and diving. The Bulldogs were victorious, 108-59.
Later that week, the swim Team hosted the Jackson Vikings. Again, there were many fantastic swimming and diving performances for the Bulldogs which lead to another victory, 122-38.
Thus week, the team traveled to Tecumseh to take on the Indians and secured another victory, 99-60.
On Wednesday, the team hosted a tri-meet taking on the Ypsilanti Grizzlies and the Pinckney Pirates. The Bulldogs led for the entire meet and soundly won 147-46 against the Grizzlies and 143-33 against the Pirates.
The 7th grade basketball beat Tecumseh in a come-back win. Luke Cavanaugh led the team with 8 points. Beckett Boos, Paxton Macijewski, and Ben VanHoek had 3 points. Wyatt Matusik, Brady McCale, and Draper Montgomery also scored.
The 8th grade basketball team defeated Tecumseh in its opening game by a score of 27-20. Luke Tropea and Drew Blanton each scored 9 points. Sam Borcherding and Will McCalla created defensive energy throughout the game.
