Recent crime: counterfeit bill passed at drive thru, TV stolen

In this week’s Chelsea Police blotter, an employee was handed a counterfeit $100 at a drive thru window on Commerce Park Drive and a TV was stolen in the 200 block of Wilkinson Street.
