In this week’s Chelsea Police Department blotter, a female resident in a Taylor Street home reported that both money and jewelry had been stolen from her.
In addition, a Chelsea teen is facing possible assault charges following an argument with a driver who witnessed him ride into traffic causing several drivers to slam on their brakes.
