John “Randy” Young of Chelsea, age 60, passed away from natural causes on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016 at St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea.
He was born Aug. 12, 1955 in Bowling Green, OH, the son of Donald Raymond and Betty E. (Foust) Young.
Randy graduated from Chelsea High School class of 1973, and University of Michigan in 1977 with degrees in Metallurgy and Nuclear Science. After graduation he worked for Sargent and Lundy in Chicago. Randy moved back to Chelsea and worked in Ann Arbor. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Chelsea. Randy liked fishing and sports.
