Ronald Carl Lorenzen of Grass Lake, formerly of Chelsea, age 79, died Friday, June 8, 2018 at Henry Ford Allegiance in Jackson, Michigan.
He was born Feb. 16, 1939 in Dearborn, MI, the son of Harry Paul and Cynthia (Daugherty) Lorenzen.
Ron served in the US Army as a cook from 1961-63. He retired from the Chelsea Post Office after 25 years. He loved working in his yard, which he took a lot of pride in. Ron enjoyed playing cards with his friends and family.
The family will receive friends at Cole Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, June 12, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Private burial will take place at Vermont Cemetery in Chelsea.
