Frank Joseph Kornexl, Grass Lake, age 77, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2014 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor.
He was born Feb. 8, 1937 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the son of Frank and Dorothy (Swarthout) Kornexl.
Frank was a member of Salem Grove United Methodist Church. He was in the Army from 1956-58. Frank worked in plumbing, heating and cooling, and he retired from UA Local 190 in 1992. Frank enjoyed gardening and flowers. He collected and rebuilt antique gasoline engines and was a hobby machinist.
