The popular used jewelry and purse sale is being held again this year by the Friends of Chelsea District Library. A fundraiser for the Friends of CDL, this sale helps to fund the library’s many events and programs throughout the year.
Starting now, the Friends are collecting the community’s gently used jewelry and purses for donation to the sale. Collection continues through May 26. Items may be dropped off at the front desk at the Chelsea District Library.
The sale is planned for June 12 in downtown Chelsea in the reading garden from 5-8 p.m., during Sounds & Sights on Thursday Nights.
