There will be a 1-day seminar geared for high school and college students on Sunday, April 21 from 12:30-4:30 p.m. at Commando Krav Maga in Dexter Township.
The seminar is geared for students 16 years old and older and costs $40.
Students will learn how to use proper psychology when involved with a self-defense situation, how to sustain punches, chokes, being grabbed by the arms or legs, ground attacks, gun or knife attacks or hold ups, multiple attackers, and more.
