The Chelsea Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is scheduled to hear an update from Jeff Hardcastle on the bike path project as well as from Patti Schwarz about the Chelsea District Library‘s WWI project at its meeting on Thursday, Sept. 17.
Also on the agenda is an update on the Longworth alley project as well as 2015 cost estimates for projects including the Mack Building.
It’s also expected that the DDA will further discuss a developer’s proposal for the Mack Building following a work session on the topic earlier this month.
The DDA meets at the new Municipal Building in the City Council chambers at 7:30 a.m.
