Sept. 21: Ghost stories, mysterious bog, campfires and S’mores at the Discovery Center

Discovery-Center-program

The Chelsea District Library will hold its first lock-out at the Gerald E. Eddy Discovery Center on Saturday, Sept. 21 from 6-10 p.m.

Bring your flashlight and gather round the campfire dinner of hot dogs and kabobs, and enjoy a private tour of the Discovery Center, 17030 Bush Road.

After a few ghost stories, Park Interpreter Katie McGlashen will lead a night hike in the center’s mysterious bog to see night animals and perhaps catch sight of a will-o’-the-wisp.

End the evening back at the campfire with super S’mores!
