Sounds & Sights on Thursday Nights continues its free summer concert series Thursday, July 11 from 6:30 p.m.- 8:30 p.m.

This week, Jeff Wawrzaszek (pronounced War-zak), one of Michigan’s most popular and experienced magicians, will be presenting his show, A2 Magic, on the Sounds & Sights Kids Stage located in the Clocktower Courtyard.  Wawrzaszek has been entertaining audiences for more than 40 years across United States, as well as overseas, and has received numerous awards from his fellow magicians for excellence in magic.

Also expected on the 10 stages located throughout the downtown are local folk-rock singer-songwriters Annie & Rod Capps, the acoustic rock group Last Exit, folk-rock singer-songwriter Mike Vial, Americana rock ensemble The Sarah Swanson Band, the acoustic pop crossover band CrossBow & the Roadshow, and acoustic country-pop singer-songwriter Kari Holmes Band.

In addition to music, the modern tap dance duo Bang the Floor will perform at the Glazier Building. Family favorite, 3 Generations Entertainment, will be twisting unique balloon animals and other fun creations at the Main Street Alley.

Spectators are invited to experience SculptureWalk Chelsea, a self-guided walking tour of 12 juried sculptures located throughout downtown.

And at dusk, SRSLY outdoor cinema presents ‘The Brady Bunch Movie’ (PG-13).
