Still time to join the new Women’s Bible Study group

(Chelsea Update would like to thank Gretchen Zale for the information in this story.)

There’s still room to join the new session of the Women’s Bible Study group sponsored by the Chelsea Free Methodist Church that runs through May 19.

Beth Moore’s “Esther – It’s Tough Being a Woman” peels back the layers of history to show how very contemporary and applicable the Old Testament story of Esther is to a woman’s life today.  Those who have ever felt inadequate, threatened, or pushed into situations that seemed overpowering will find this study especially relevant.

This 2015 nine-week session (there is no class April 7) is open to all women in Chelsea and the surrounding area who want to dig deeper into God’s Word. Women of all ages, faith backgrounds and levels of understanding of the Bible are welcome. The emphasis of the group will be to engage women in an authentic discussion about God’s word.

Classes are held from 9:30-11:30 a.m. in the 400 building of the Washington Street Education Center.

Workbooks are $20 each and available at the first session for those who pre-register.  Please contact “Juli” at 734-972-9957 for more information or click here.
