The Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce made it official Thursday night, Feb. 18 at the Village Conference Center at Comfort Inn — Surface Dynamics was named the 2015 Small Business Leadership winner and United Methodist Retirement Communities was named the 2015 Large Business Leadership winner.
