Transition Town Chelsea will hold a potluck and meeting tonight, Nov. 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the Chelsea Senior Center beginning at 6:30 p.m.

There will be two mini-presentations from members on their experiences from this fall.

Cathy Muha will give her insights into a recent trip to the Brew City Abundance Tour in Milwaukee with Transition Movement founder Rob Hopkins.

Patrick Zieske will give a short presentation on the extraordinary gathering of the first Michigan Permaculture Convergence and the aftermath of that event.

After the presentations, we will have an open discussion about how we can apply what we have learned to our own community here in Chelsea.

What kinds of projects should we contemplate for the coming year?

All people interested in our sustainable and resilient future are encouraged to attend and participate.

The potluck portion starts at 6:30 p.m. and the presentations start at about 7:15 p.m. If you plan to go to the potluck portion, please bring a dish to pass and your own place settings.
