Transition Town Chelsea plans potluck on Nov. 19 at Chelsea Senior Center

Transition Town Chelsea will hold a potluck on Monday, Nov. 19 at 6:30 p.m. at the Chelsea Senior Center.

This month, Dylan Raye-Leonard will talk about his time in Ghana living with the locals, and working at an orphanage. Raye-Leonard will share insights about his impressions of life in Ghana and how they relate to humanity’s relationship with the natural world, according to information about the event.

He’ll also describe some aspects of the trip that “opened his eyes” about life back home, the information states.

The potluck portion starts at 6:30 p.m. and Raye-Leonard will speak at about 7:15 p.m. If people plan to attend the potluck, they are asked to bring a dish to pass and their own place settings. Please consider bringing an entrees as these are usually in short supply.

In addition, here’s a pdf Down_to_Earth_3 of the group’s Friday movie line-up for the month.
