Chelsea’s Tyler Santoro was recently selected as one of 13 coaches across the state for the Michigan High School Football Coaches Association (MHSFCA) Leadership Development Alliance Class of 2024.
He was selected to take part in a comprehensive training program to prepare them for opportunities to advance in the coaching profession.
According to information on the MHSFCA website, the program is patterned after the American Football Coaches Association’s 35 Under 35 program.
Through an intensive leadership training program, coaches learn from some of the top coaches in the state and create a network to build on the future.
Santoro is a teacher at Chelsea High School and a defensive line coach.
