Washtenaw Whippets field hockey plays to 0-0 tie

On Thursday afternoon, Sept. 11, the Washtenaw Whippets played to a 0-0 tie against the 2013 runner up of the Michigan High School Field Hockey Association Championship, Ann Arbor Pioneer.

The Whippets have two home games next week:  Tuesday vs. Novi, and Thursday against defending state champion, Ann Arbor Huron.

The varsity team plays at 4:30 p.m. and the JV team at 6 p.m. The games are played behind Pierce Lake School and admission is free.
