Dear Editor:
Roben and I want to say, thank you to every one of you, for the work and support that has gone into creating our neighborhood watch program together, and to express our heartfelt appreciation for the kindness and support that you have bestowed upon us.
Announcing our retirement from the Lima Township Neighborhood Watch last night was very difficult for us, not because of what is involved with our upcoming move to Arizona. It is because of the friendship and support that we have benefited from as a result of working with all of you, with our common goal of making Lima Township an even better place to live. We believe that together we have made a difference.
The work that we share will continue, and we are looking forward to a smooth transition with whoever steps into our roll of neighborhood watch coordinators.
