Drew Vanderspool
Parents- Michael and Allison Vanderspool
Drew was the President of the Student Body, a LINK Crew leader, and a member of the National Honor Society. He was named to the First-Team All-State Men’s Tennis team and honored as an All-SEC Academic student. Drew was also a member of the State Champion Personal Finance team and the State Runner-Up Economics team. He was the captain of the Drum Line and played in the Wind Symphony, Jazz Band, and Pit Orchestra.
Next year, Drew will attend the University of Michigan in the College of Engineering.
Madilynn O’Hara
Parent- Michelle O’Hara
Madilynn was involved with yearbook, theatre, and tennis. She was the Senior Student Council Treasurer, a member of National Honor Society, and LINK Crew. She is graduating Summa Cum Laude and is a National Merit Scholar.
She plans to attend the University of Notre Dame to study English.
Clara Dobos
Parents- Matthew and Dianne Dobos
Clara was the Chelsea House Orchestra Student Representative, Class President, and Fiddle Club Student Teacher. She was active in Chamber Orchestra, Science Olympiad, Pit Orchestra and National Honor Society.
She received SEC All-Academic Recognition, National Merit Commended Scholar, AP Scholar with Honor, and graduates Summa Cum Laude.
Clara plans to attend the University of Michigan in the LSA Honors Program.
Erin McDonnell
Parents- Lisa and Alex McDonnell
Erin participated in Varsity Soccer, Varsity Swimming, Varsity Golf, Marching Band, Jazz Band, National Honor Society, LINK Crew and was the Vice President of Bio Club. She received SEC All American Academic and is a National Merit Commended Scholar. Erin will graduate Summa Cum Laude.
She plans to attend University of Michigan to study Biology.
Emmett Henry
Parents- Nicole Pangas and Paul Henry
Emmett participated in the Michigan Youth Arts Festival 2017 & 2019, Michigan Youth Symphony Orchestra, and was invited to 2019 MSBOA All-State Orchestra.
He was awarded two Division I Solo & Ensemble Rankings, received SEC All American Academic and will graduate Summa Cum Laude.
He plans to attend Michigan State University in fall to study music performance.
Briana Hay
Parents- Michael and Heather Hay
Briana was a two-year captain of the Girls Varsity Basketball team. She helped the team win regionals for the first time in Chelsea history this year with a record of 24-2. She was also a four-year player and senior captain of the Girls Varsity Soccer team. She was a representative for student council, Vice President of National Honor Society, and a LINK Crew leader. Briana is also a member of State Champion Personal Finance team and will be competing at nationals in May. Briana will graduate Summa Cum Laude.
Briana will be attending University of Michigan and will most likely be majoring in economics.
Lisa Kaiser
Parents- Laura and Rory Kaiser
Lisa was very involved with the music program, including Drum Major of the Marching Band for 2 years, Chelsea House Orchestra for 3 years, Jazz Band for 3 years, and 2-year nominee for the Michigan Youth Arts Festival Concerto Soloist. She was a part of the Girls Track and Field, Bowling, and Girls Tennis teams. She participated in LINK Crew and National Honor Society.
Lisa will graduate Summa Cum Laude.
She will be attending the University of Toledo Jesup Scott Honors College with a major in biochemistry (pre-med concentration) as well as a minor in music.
Raechel Zeller
Parents- Renee Minier and Greg Zeller
Set painting for Chelsea Theater Guild (4 yrs), service with IBC Church, Youth and VBS (3+ yrs), service at Spring Hill summer camp (2 yrs), #WhyYouMatter (1 yr), service for Chelsea High School and District Art Department (3 yrs).
She received the Scholastic Art and Writing Honorable Mention twice and a Silver Key Portfolio. Also the Honorable Mention, Chelsea Art Extravaganza Best of Show. She awarded the EMU Dangerous Minds $500 Scholarship and will be graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Raechel will be attending Eastern Michigan University– Bachelor of Fine Visual Art Education
Gabrielle Udell
Parents- Rodney and Carmylia Udell
Gabrielle was a member of Girls Varsity Soccer, National Honor Society, LINK Crew, and travel soccer. She will graduate Summa Cum Laude.
She will be attending Adrian College in the fall and pursuing a Master’s degree in Athletic Training.
Ashley Watson
Parents- James and Margaret Watson
Ashley was active in National Honors Society, Girls Tennis, Interact Club, Wind Symphony and Marching Band (flute and piccolo – 1st division ratings at district and state solo ensemble)
She received 3 Top Dawg awards, outstanding achievements in Geometry, Algebra and American Literature. Ashley will graduate Summa Cum Laude.
Plans to attend Michigan State University where she will study Pre-med and/or Biology.
