The first Saturday Chelsea Farmers Market in August means it’s time to enjoy the harvest of some of your favorite vegetables and fruits.

You’ll find plenty of corn this Saturday along with a variety of tomatoes. There will also be green beans, zucchini, cucumber, squash, eggplant, and potatoes.

Fruit lovers can buy cantaloupe and other melons along with peaches, blueberries, and the first apples of the season.

Herbs and flowers will be for sale along with freshly baked breads, cookies, and cakes.

Cheese, eggs, honey, and granola will also be available.

The Saturday market runs from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. and is located at Palmer Commons.
