Deanna Robbins and Team Pass the Chelsea Live Nativity Baton

Dear Citizens of Chelsea:

Thank you so much for helping to grow Chelsea’s Live Nativity over the past several years.

I am passing the baton to St Mary Parish, who will start holding the event in 2023.  So many people have helped with cast, choir, facility management, promotion, and after-party over the years in so many ways, I am afraid to miss anyone.

You all know who you are, and I am so very grateful. But a special thank you needs to go to the following people who assisted for many, many years:

  • Judy Koenn
  • Sue Rodgers and friends and animals
  • Allen Cole and Cole Funeral Chapel
  • Holly Bulko
  • Jon Spalding (in fond memory)
  • Pete Loso
  • Andrew Hurst
  • Bryan Merillat
  • Von and Jenny Miller
  • Chelsea Police Department
  • Neil Horning and the Kiwanis
  • Mary Chelsea Choir (special thanks to Gary Kistka and Frank Pignanelli)
  • Gary Reed
  • Gary and Vikke Grueneberg
  • Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
  • Chelsea First United Methodist Church, Mark Wellum, Liza Gray
  • Dan O’Dale, Rhex Edwards, Stuart O’Dale
  • McKinley Properties, Andy Smith, Charles Wiseley
  • Christine Kelly
  • Kim Dosey
  • Pastor Joe Jeffries
  • Beth and Joe Ewald
  • Denise Cugliari
  • St Mary Parish
  • Bill Ballagh/ Bill Ballagh State Farm
  • Stephne Hilgendorf
  • Lisa Allmendinger and The Chelsea Update
  • The Rosolowski Family
  • Rod Anderson
  • Nick Goodman
  • Colleen and John Kemner
  • Steve Zawistowski
  • The Knights of Columbus
  • The Klovski Family
  • Traci Fletcher
  • Harold and Becky Burchett
  • Gateway Restoration, Inc.

While I am very sad there will not be a live nativity in Chelsea in 2022, I look forward to seeing you all at the event in 2023. Watch for details next year.

Thank you so much and I pray you all feel the Peace of Jesus Christ this Christmas.
