Margaret E. Cobb of Chelsea, formerly Wayne, entered her heavenly rest at age 90 on Wednesday, March 12, at the Chelsea Community Hospital.
She was born on May 13, 1923, to Ernest and Margaret (Cain) Bergeron, the second youngest of eight children. Margaret loved to tell stories of Irish humor and growing up on the family farm in Sterling, Michigan. Her beloved husband, Lee J. Cobb, preceded her in death in 1982. Margaret loved babies and children, and she and Lee were foster parents for many years; later they enjoyed their grandchildren. Margaret’s hobbies were reading, sewing, and cooking.
