Chelsea Community Hospital Auxiliary’s Spring Bazaar is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15, from 7 a.m.- 2 p.m. in the Chelsea Community Hospital cafeteria area.
This event features a variety of home baked goods, including breads, cookies, cakes, coffee cakes, pies, fancy cupcakes and special Easter treats. Seasonal handcrafted items will also be available for purchase.
This fundraiser will also showcase two outside vendors. On both Tuesday and Wednesday, April 15 and 16, All That Art and Sports will be set up and on Wednesday only, Hoola Jewelry will be set up. Both vendors will be showing their wares from 7 a.m.- 4 p.m. in the cafeteria area.
All That Art and Sports is a company having experts in the field of picture framing and digital art design. They have more than 50 years of producing high-quality framed art at outstanding pricing. In addition to University of Michigan and MIchigan State University teams’ art, categories of pictures include: Abstracts, landscapes, collegiate and professional sports teams, military, music and wildlife.
Hoola Jewelry, a Chelsea-based company, allows you to express yourself with jewelry that you design. Hoola is a jewelry piece hung from a hoop to form an earring or added to a necklace or bracelet or to form a pendant. Special materials available are sterling silver, gems, pearls and Swarovski crystals.
Monies raised from the bazaar and the art and jewelry sales will go toward the Chelsea Cancer Center.
Due to construction on the Cancer Center, the main entrance to the hospital should be used. The free shuttle can be called at 646-1709 and is available during event hours.
