The next closed cell foam recycling event in Chelsea will take place in a new location — behind Stivers Restaurant.
It will take place on April 12-13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. behind Stivers Restaurant at 11 S Fletcher Road.
Bill and Glenna Jo Christen along with volunteers will be filling a Dart Industries semi-trailer a week before Earth Day.
So, after dropping off your foam, you can enjoy a good lunch.
And there will be more details in a few weeks.
In the meantime, we will be part of the crew at the Dexter Mill on Sundays from noon to 2 p.m. On April 14, there will be a collection in Dexter that will be added to the trailer.
