The Beach Middle School 7th grade girls basketball team beat Bedford Monday night, 26-5.
Eleven girls contributed in the scoring column for the first game. The team did an outstanding job on the defensive side holding the Mules to only 5 points.
The team had its best showing on the bench waving towels and cheering for one another.
On the team are: Sasha French, Leila Wells, Ava Hoffman, Katherine Krugh, Emma Ward, Allie Schumann, Grace Ratliff, Jenna Ouellette, Madison Gonyon, Kyah Mitchell, Chloe Gray, Caroline Knight, Shelby Wheeler, Maya Valik, Nora Davies, Meghan Bereis and Ella Day.
