8th Grade Gold
Tuesday night, the 8th grade gold team lost to Bedford 26-20.

Leading the way for the Bulldogs was Jacob Schultz as he connected on two TD passes to Tyler Wallgren, one from 15 yards and the other from 55 yards. Wallgren also had a 25-yard punt return and a huge tackle on punt coverage.

AJ Tokarski scored the Bulldogs other touchdown on a 55-yard run. Isaac Stoker helped the Dawgs out on defense with a big sack late in the 4th quarter.

The Bulldogs will host Saline next Tuesday to finish out the season.

7th Grade Blue
The seventh grade blue football team took on the Dreadnaughts from Dexter Tuesday and lost 24-0.

The Bulldogs got off to a slow start but played much better in the second half, sparked by Jayden Woody completing passes to Xander Willis, Ryan Martin, Dan Garza, Drew Maguire and Cole Munson.

The Dogs were able to move the ball, but were unable to find the end zone. Martin was also responsible for recovering a Dexter fumble and Hunter Shaw for forcing the Dreadnaughts to fumble.

Defensively, the Bulldogs got great performances from Grayson Eckland and Woody on the defensive line, Ethan Lyles at corner back and Munson at linebacker.

Next week, 7th grade Blue travels to Tecumseh to take on the Indians.

7th Grade Gold
The 7th grade gold football team lost to Bedford Tuesday night, 30-14.

Connor Donajkowski caught a touchdown pass from Lucas Dunn. Byron Bayer also had a touchdown run and a 2-point conversion. Ty Wagner also ran the ball very well.

The O line did a great job of blocking! Liam Conti also had a long kickoff return that set up the second touchdown. Defensively, Jack Cavanaugh and Andrew Hilbert each had tackles for losses and Ty Wagner recovered a fumble.
