Great going Frank. Is time to relax.
Well deserved! I first met Frank as a new resident at Chelsea Retirement Community, and he came to give a presentation on recycling, since he was at WWRA at the time. His concern for his community and the planet were inspiring then and continue to inspire me! Congratulations, Frank–Chelsea is honored to have you as a leader!
