The Volunteer Chelsea portal is funded by a grant from the Chelsea Area Wellness Foundation as part of the 5-Healthy Towns initiative.
The portal was developed as part of the chelseamich.com website, which is a joint project by the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce, with funding from the Chelsea DDA and the City of Chelsea.
