The four fair queen candidates, Morgan Kern and Kelsey Olberg from Chelsea and Emily Morris and Katie Hicks from Dexter attended the official ribbon cutting ceremony for the 76th annual Chelsea Community Fair with guest of honor Chelsea Mayor Jason Lindauer on Monday at 5 p.m.

“We hope for good weather and a good crowd,” said Fair Board President Rick Boham.
