Mack and Livery buildings marketing update on Chelsea DDA agenda

The Chelsea Downtown Development Authority will meet tomorrow, July 18 at 7:30 a.m. in the council chambers of the new Chelsea Police Building where the following items are on the agenda:

  • An update on the Longworth building, streetscape and Park Street ramp projects from City Manager John Hanifan
  • A marketing update on the Mack and Livery buildings from Mark Heydlauff and Jeff Holman.
  • A Palmer Lot site plan process update & the status of a buffer plan for the nearby residential area.

    meeting of current actions and projects downtown. Will
    there be more brick sidewalk crossing downtown, for
    example.
