The 2014 Memorial Day parade will take place on Monday, May 26, beginning at 10 a.m. Parade participants should gather no later than 9:45 a.m. in parking lot #5 (behind the Purple Rose Theatre and Cleary’s Pub).
Parade attendees line the streets along the parade route, and then follow the participants to Oak Grove Cemetery for a ceremony planned by Chelsea American Legion Post 31.
The parade route heads south on Main Street, east on Park Street, north on East Street. and east on Middle Street ending at the cemetery for a traditional ceremony honoring our veterans.
