The Women’s Bible Study of the Chelsea Free Methodist Church is open to women of any religion who want to dig deeper into God’s Word.
The next series of classes, “Daniel, Words of Prophecy” begin Tuesday, April 9 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. at the Washington Street Education Center, 400 Building.
Women of all ages, faith backgrounds, and levels of understanding of the Bible are welcome.
Just as the prophet Daniel faced unbelievable pressures—to compromise his faith, to live in a hostile culture, and to confront temptations and threats—today’s believers face many of the same trials.
As a follow-up to our previous study “Lives of Integrity” last spring, Daniel, chapters 7-12, explores thrilling prophecies from the time of Daniel through the second coming of Jesus Christ.
Each class consists of a brief introduction by the session leader Laurie Gravelyn, small group discussions on the current week’s lesson, and a Beth Moore video presentation of the next week’s lesson.
Classes continue weekly through May 21. The workbooks for this session are $20 each and are available at the first class for those who pre-register. Walk-in participants may purchase workbooks on April 9 while supplies last.
